Info: Miller’s Ferry Park, near Camden and Gee’s Bend where the famous quilters ply their craft. Spend some time with us at this beautiful US Army Corps of Engineers campground and paddle the backwaters before and after Saturday’s four-hour cleanup that’s been such a great success. Take your time before and after the cleanup to take the ferry and visit the Gees Bend quilters. It’s a chance to enjoy the area’s rich culture. No fee for cleanup participants, and our volunteers are always treated to food and entertaiment. Camping is free for ASRT volunteers, too.
