Info: The Mission of AIDT is to provide quality workforce development for Alabama’s new and expanding businesses, and to expand the opportunities of its citizens through the jobs these businesses create. AIDT encourages economic development through job-specific training. AIDT has provided thousands of skilled, motivated employees to Alabama organizations since 1971.
One of AIDT’s more popular and well-known programs is the Leadership Development Training program, which focuses on the basic skills all leaders should have to be effective. The major topics include roles and responsibilities, communication, motivation, and teamwork. The Sumter County Chamber of Commerce and UWA’s College of Business James Suttles Entrepreneurship Institute have partnered to bring this outstanding leadership training to you.
The training will be held September 20th and 21st at the Wise Conference Room, 213 Wallace Hall, UWA. The cost is only $25 and includes all meals, materials and refreshments.
