Info: Each spring Monroe County Heritage Arts Festival commemorates the contributions of Southern Alabama history and culture, the festival is held at the 1904 Historical Monroe County Old Courthouse. In addition to arts and crafts, carnival games, face painting, soul food and cultural gift items, there will be performances by local talent.
